Where to sell site idea that uses cracked software

Alright so I first have to say, I love you guys here at vBTEAM. I used your cracked vBulliten and SEO software to have this site running. Basically I had this amazing idea to buy the domain tonedollar.com, use vb and basically make ringtones and charge cheap monthly fees for unlimited downloads.

So I got it all setup and running, and added I dunno 40-50 ringtones to the site and I realized I do not have the time to advertise the site/keep it up with all my other things I am doing.

I am not wanting to sell the software that is cracked, although I feel they should know where I got it from cheap since I do not have a license and something in my gut tells me if I try posting this on ebay it'll be removed and my account banned.

I am not doing anything to advertise the site and it is getting about 9 unique a day and so far all who have joined are active.

What I am wanting to know is where can I go about selling this site and how much do you think I can get for it? (Selling idea, domain name, process I use to make ringtones and ringtones that are already up?) Of course I will also tell them about this amazing site where I got it all from to start it up.
 
You can't make money off a website that has no users, you need a website like Katz, PhaseDDL, that get 1-4 million page views a day than you can make a quick 2-4 thundered thousand dollars or even million... but try SEDO (Google It)

I wasn't expecting to sell out for thosands, heck not even hundreds really just wanted to try to cut loses and try to make couple bucks.
 
Nice skin btw. madtnut has a point there. The site must have some users. Try add on some free seo, and stuff like that. Another idea is to spam via cellphone, while you're not at home, like subway. Send sms to random numbers, telling about the site. :P might work.
But fore sure, you need to improve more before selling.
Sometimes the domain it self worth a lot, grab more users and you'll get good chance to sell.
I have no idea how much one would pay... nor even who would. And even if one would buy nulled board...

I don't really want to "sell" the nulled board if they wish to purchase a vb license then more power to them, although I have the site fully functioning with nulled software and I'd tell them where I got it.

Also I maybe wrong although I thought the domain name www.tonedollar.com sounds pretty good so possibly worth some money.
