Any recommendations?

Thanks

PatrickNOTEPAD!! if you want a visual editor, VisualStudio.NET would prolly be your best bet. personally use Dreamweaver MX but i don't use any of the built-in ASP.NET functionality because the code it generates is terrible. if for nothing else i use it for the color-coded code and the numbered lines
Notepad's always an option but it is always nice to have a bit of colour to separate the code!

Thank you! Ill go and see if I can find myself a copy of dwmx.

Patricki used to used editplus2 until my work gave me .net vs to take home.
Use Textpad (www.textpad.com). They have color coding for language out there and you can make your own if you like. It has a great interface for having multiple documents open, lots of macro options and a great Search and Replace feature (it even lets you search and replace in all oopen documents). It is about $20 to register (although the trial is free for unlimited usage).

John
