when i try to edit a usergroup it just makes a duplicate of the usergroup

when i edit a usergroup then click save then i look at my usergroups and theres 2 of the same usergroups! it never used to do this what do i do?

make sure check your product plugin first, i have a same problem too like you and i remove that plugin and there is no conflit now, vbulletin product plugin:
1.vbulletin blog 1.0.5
2. vbcredits

this plugin i never use it bro.. since my templates also edited i can't handle this product plugin now.
