This is what I see on a whois inquiry for a domain I want, I changed the details to hide the actual domain name.

I've read about the redemption period and I'm confused. When do I have a shot at getting it?
It's not a valuable name commercially, has no rank, so I don't expect anyone else to bid on it. Actually it's being used by a domain snatcher now, & it appears they are not going to renew it because they aren't making anything from the ads. I already redid the site with the .org, but still would like to get the .com back. I'm hoping to do this without spending anything extra, because it was a nonprofit informational site.
