Hey,
I just bought a domain yesterday, from dotster.
The registration was successful, and the order completed successfully.
I had set the nameservers while registering, which are being reflected correctly in a whois search.
I set up an account from the site using my reseller account, and put up a temporary html page using FTP.
But the problem is, I'm not able to access the domain.
The domain doesnt ping, a whois search on the domain lists that "No Website present". However, the registrant/technical/contact/namesever details are all fine in the whois.
Even via FTP, I had to connect to the host using the server IP and not the Host Name.
The html page is accessible via <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://serveriphere/~cpanelusername/">http://serveriphere/~cpanelusername/</a><!-- m -->
but is not accessible as <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.domain.net">http://www.domain.net</a><!-- m -->
What could be wrong ?
