What's wrong with my table??

Hi all!

I'm new to the forum and very excited to have found it.

I'm puzzled by some odd table behavior on my HTML page. I've created one main table with three nested tables. The first two rows of the main table are formatted correctly, but the rest of the rows are shifted to the left for some reason. The three nested tables should all line up vertically in the right-most column. I've combed through the code what seems a bajillion times, but can't find the problem.

Can anyone take a quick glance and see what I'm missing? I've attached the source code.

Thanks so much!!
