Whats Happening with my Forum and How to install vbulletin 3.6.8 ( Patch Level 2)

Hello All ,

I will be starting a new forum and I will be using vBulletin 3.6.8 ( Patch 2 ) without Keygen meaning Nullified Version

Sir , I have now uploaded all the files and Deleted all the files and trying to install vBulletin now for the 12th Time but I have failed to do so

Sometimes the installation failed meaning the install.php file in not present in the server
Soemtimes it has come and i have passed to the 6th Step but in the step 6 , It got failed , meaning the page is coming Installing Language file and it stopped nothing is coming no "..............." to signify that it is doing but nothing is happening , it just stops ,

Can ANy one please tell me what to Do from the first , when to write the file config.php.new , when to install , when to upload using FTP agent and what to do

I am trying but i have failed misarably
Please Guide me how to install it anyone ,
And Please Also tell me , Does it take so much time to install a language file or not ( meaning the in the 6th/13 Step and installing the STyles 7th/13 Step )

Here is how am doing the installation for vBulletin without keygen:

1. create database on server
2. edit config.php.new and fill it whit my database data and save
3. rename config.php.new > config.php
4. upload files to server via FTP
5. run install.php from browser and thats it,never had any problems.

Installation of lenguage file is not taking long,5-10 seconds for me.
