Pls help me wat is this my forum is coming twice in some forums and recently i had installed mod namely floating bar for guests is that mod is the reason??? pls help

First try disabling that mod.

Secondly, publish a screenshot of your problem. ;)
 
My Sweet Dear mmxiv , i have install a floating bar on my forum for guests to rigester after this or might be before this my forum is not coming good in IE but on mozila is working good
in IE this become a horible and twice......wat i have to do:(
