2.Host not support any server side scripting(php, asp etc). What way can be used to reuse the section of each page such as the header and menu, without using PHP?1. Styles common to more than one page are put in the external style sheet; styles applied to a given page are put in that page internal style sheet.

Menu (5 pages) 7 lines of HTML
I'd say cut and paste is acceptable.
