I have a site which server is in other country. if i want to change from a local in my country.
will it be good for site for seo purpose. Well, having a hosting in targeted country can be a plus for SEO. Be shore to make a transfer without troubles and that new hosting is reliable, of course. If I understand correctly, geolocation of a server affects results for different international Google sites. I'm pretty sure sites in the UK get picked up by google.co.uk, for example. For me it doesn't really matter but I use Hostgator and adsense works fine for me. For a globally targeted keyword, having a server in the U.S. is the best way to go about.
U.S. visitor clicks pay more on adsense and you can certainly expect more buyers.
As far as your question is concerned, you can do so only if you want to target just a country specific population, else it isn't needed.
