What modification are these?

These modifications are from a forum I visit regularly.

This Modification is when you hover over the userrank colour it shows the rank name at the side, I just want to know what modification this is.

lastly, this one appears at the bottom of the forum, I'm not sure if it's a modification but my mate says it is.

The second one just the FAQ manager....


You can easily add & edit your FAQ's through the admin panel.
