Hi, I'm looking for the mod that lets you submit a message/announcement in the header, the message displayed can be determined by the users post count, user group, etc.

I had it once before but forgot what it is called.

Please get back to me ASAP.

You can do this in notices.

To clarify m8, its a default vBulletin Setting, in your vBulletin AdminCP -> Notices.

Wow, now I feel stupid. I'm sure that I installed a mod back when I was using 3.6, maybe they included it in new version.
