I seen some sites rank on 1 page on google even if keyword not used in title. Please any one explain me how it will done. Well, even the keyword in title is important SEO ellement, there are about 200 other ellements, too. That site must be stronger in other SEO variables compare to competition. Search engine will fetch your title into the serp page. You just enter your keyword into search box. With out using keyword in title, how it is possible to bring rank 1? Of course it's possible. Try to search for "manufacture kitchen elements northern idaho" and look at titles in first few results.
Or search for "political party members born in northern spain".
Just 2 random terms came to my mind at the moment. Having your keyword in your title certainly helps, but it's not the end-all-be-all to SEO. You also need properly optimized tags and content. Plus, you need quality links pointing at your site. SEO is incredibly well-rounded; there's not 1 specific thing that will make or break your SEO. To do SEO properly, you have to do alot of things properly. Quote: Originally Posted by leena1 I seen some sites rank on 1 page on google even if keyword not used in title. If you're having trouble viewing the video, you can go here: Code: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xy5pqc4gKhg Lol when you search for "click here" (without quote), you'll see Adobe Reader is on the top although there's no click here or whatsoever in its content. Surprised!
That's because there are tons of backlinks to Adobe Reader say "Download your Adobe Reader, click here".
Besides that, there are also other elements which you don't know about, so don't be surprised because keyword doesn't appear in title for some #1 first result
