My cousin owns a small grocery ,I'd like to build a small brower-based information management system for him. This not only could save his time and I could learn web programming.The requirement might be quite simple. He could use this system to follow how many goods he bought and sold.Some other functions might be added including Statistical analysis.I'm a C programmer without too much knowledge about web programming.So I'd like to know what is the best way to develop such a custom-built but simple system?For a C developer who knows a little about html and mysql,which language is best for me ?PHP,PYTHON,JAVA,ASPTHe appraisal criterions including time cost to learn the language and how is the cycle times for development? Scalability is also a factor taken into account.
