what is the best keyword?

hi guys ! I'm confused on what is the best keyword for my site. I want to have a high PR in Google. Can you help me??? Here is the site : http://www.kenokozie.com . I would really appreciate if you can give me some advice. Thanks Honest opinion:1. It is completely not apparent exactly what it is that you do. Define that better. "Providing you with the technology and service to achieve your goals" is REALLY vague, not to mention it is part of an image, which is not readable by search robots.2. There is almost no text on your index page. Again, search engine robots can't "read" images. Put some description text there. ALT tags really help for that if you have a mostly graphic site.3. It looks like there are too many keywords in your meta tag (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Distill it down to the bare essentials you want.4. PR means Jack Squat. Don't rely on it, don't revell in it. It won't help you.5. There are many other people here that are MUCH more experienced with this than I.
