What is the best cms to integrate VB?

Joomla's the only one I know of that you can bridge with VBulletin, and is a fairly decent CMS too.

That'd be my option, but will be interesting to see which other replies you get here

I've looked at vbCMS, vbAdvanced and vbPortal... all of which are a pain to install (overwrites and edits required).

vbDrupal is the easiest to setup (no alterations to your vb installation).

Joomla with JFusion would be the next best choice.
