I would say facebook is a best communication channel and in future google+1 would be best The best way to get links back to your site is to work at it a little every single day. Post comments on blogs, run your own blog, post in forums and be active in conversations, use social media religiously, and consider posting videos on places like YouTube. I think a link back to your website is the best method - if you put your email, you're going to get spammed.
