Let's get this thread back on topic. Using a Link Wheel is pretty much spam and will be regarded as Black hat if it isn't already. The idea is to create a highly relevant page on Blogger, Blogsome, Squidoo, Wordpress, etc. and then link those to your site. You also link to 1 of the other sites in your wheel, thus creating a wheel.
For example: ( -> indicates link )
Blogger -> Blogsome -> Squidoo -> Wordpress -> Blogger
Each of those would also link back to your site. I also want to know more about linkwheels. Link Wheel is really a good method for SEO, but it is also a long one, I think, it can take time to bring results... Quote: Originally Posted by AIEN

I don't think these 2 would be nice channels for promoting your sites these days. If you want to boost traffics, the social media would be really helpful. IMO.

Using linkwheels without completely understanding the risks involved is a very effective way to get penalized by Google.
