if you want to increase your rankings in the SERPs then you need to get more In Bound Links, google doesn't want to see your site pointing to loads of different sites as it needs to see you as a authority on the subject you are pointing at. HI IBL means InBound Links and OBL means OutBound Links. Inbound Links means Links which is pointing to your site and In Outbound Links , Links are pointing from your site to other sites.
