What is Going on to my forum????

I have a forum :nullLaB.cn | Free Warez Downloads,Download Movies,Games,Softwares,Keygen ,Crack,Torrents - Powered by vBulletin
Its Well but when a page is loaded and when i try to create a new thread....

it works much faster but it wont show the latest updates to view the latest updates i must refresh the page......

and sometime i may not be able to log in.....
when loged in it shows the page again even if the log in is correct....

What the hell is going on sometimes the problem will be solved if i delete the cookie wile browsing.....
then sometimes after it happens again....

Might be a cookie problem.
Check:
AdminCP > vBulletin Options >> Cookies and HTTP Header Options.
The path to which the cookie is saved. If you run more than one forum on the same domain, it will be necessary to set this to the individual directories of the forums. Otherwise, just leave it as / .

Suggested valid values for Cookie Path are available in the drop-down menu opposite. If you have a good reason to want a different setting, check the checkbox and enter the desired value in the box provided.

Please note that your path should always end in a forward-slash; for example '/forums/', '/vbulletin/' etc.

Entering an invalid setting can leave you unable to login to your forum.
