I would like to know what happens if I change my web design often?... Is it not advisable in SEO point of view? We should take care of all seo stuffs, just like title, keywords, description and page urls names while you are doing web design changes eventually. Don't touch any part that will cause impact on SEO. But any changes about your website will affect user's experience. SEO effect will depend on the kind of changes that you make in your website design. If you are simply making minor modifications that don't affect the codes, there is nothing to worry about. When you change the design, make sure that you still optimize the new design. If you change ur content of your website or keywords then may be it take effect on seo.. Changing design is same as you change the position of your buttons and etc.
So it really affects the SEO! It will effect your ranking if you change your url structure or content and if you are changes your website template then it's may be OK because Changes temblets may be the reason of increase page load time. so be careful when you choosing template and other things like videos, images, contents etc. Not advisable. You will lose your rank very often - Google will have to recrawl your pages every time you do this. This isn't recommended. well dont redesign the site now ,it may lead to deindexing of some of your valuable content I have to admit, this one is an eye-opener for me. My site is active, but I have a lot of "tweaks" I want to do to it to make it more pleasing to look at, easier navigation, etc.
For a new site, is this a big no-no? As such design layout has less impact on your rankings...

In a lot of cases it will actually help your rankings to get a good developer to throw an SEO-friendly site up. Unfortunately, most of the time you'll just get scammed by people who say that they're knowledgeable and good at SEO.
Keep in mind that just because a site looks good doesn't mean that everything is fine under the hood. Also, if the designer does anything that looks like it was done for SEO (lists your keywords everywhere, spams them in title/description tag, etc.), he or she probably has no idea what they're doing. Good SEO doesn't look like SEO.
Ask to see examples of sites the designer has put together. If they're designed in tables or other obvious buffoonery, don't hire them. Look at the code. If there's inline CSS, don't hire them. If there's inline javascript, don't hire them. If there's a misuse of mark up (heading tags for non-headings, strong or bold tags for style instead of emphasized content, etc.), don't hire them. Ask the designer what tools they use to design. If they use Dreamweaver, don't hire them.
There's more, but the simple answer is: If you hire someone who knows what they're doing, you stand a good chance of actually moving UP in the SERPs by changing your design. Changes to a page can be bad, good or indifferent to SEO. I often make "on page" changes in the hopes of improving my SE results. Good things can and do happen. While re-designing the webpage make sure your meta title and description remain same as before. Also try to keep some code same as it before uses. The change may drop your ranking for first half, but in next update it will become normal.
