What does the html attribute “opts” mean?

I found the following code snippet on a ajax-website: \[code\]<a href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15812387/#" class="nav" opts="page:about;fadein:0;fadeout:0"> About </a>\[/code\]I've never seen the attribute \[code\]opts\[/code\] before. It's hard to find something in google.
For what is it?
