Thanks in advance. Hey friend keyword proximity is relevant keywords. When you use a Title Tag for SEO website or Keywords like "SEO Company" "SEO Services" , these are related to keyword proximity. I've done much testing and keyword proximity isn't just how close your keywords are. Keyword proximity refers to how close other relevant keyword items are as well as the closeness of certain terms to others that make up a keyword phrase. One example of this: If you have an <h1> tag with a keyword or keyword phrase in it; how close are relevant items with relevant or similar keywords. An <h1> tag followed by a properly tagged photo and/or a properly tagged link, as well as keywords located within the following content; refers to keyword proximity. Thanks in advance. Keyword Proximity refers to closeness between two keywords. in fact if your website contains keywords closely then it is Good for SEO. The proximity of the key measures of proximity between two or more important keywords.Keyword is calculated separately for each page of area.Keywords important that you select should be close to it gives a better result .. Keyword proximity considers 2 things.
- Keyword density (Number of occurrence)
- Keyword prominence (The location of the keyword) From the word proximity, you can come up with the idea that these keywords are measured depending on their distance from each other inside a page and overall content. Say, if your keywords seem too close with each other in a single sentence, the score would be low while having them at very unnoticeable repetitions in your content would give your better keyword proximity score. It refers to how close two or more keywords are to each other. You will achieve higher rankings if you place your keywords close together. Keyword proximity refers to the closeness between two or more keywords. In general, the closer the keywords are, the better.
For example:
metal roofing Sarasota
Sarasota metal roofing
Using the example above, if someone searched for "metal roofing" a web page containing the first sentence is more likely to rank higher than the second. Let us take an example as the key phrase is “SEO Tips” and look at the below examples of possible titles we could give to our pages:
1. Tips for SEO – Solvater.com
2. SEO tips – Solvater.com
See the above two examples, there you can find the different keyword prominence like…
In the first sentence the KP should be 70%, where as in the second section the prominence should be 100%. So i hope now you understand the concept.
