Hello ,Can someone explain me why these Meta tags are used?"VW96.objecttype", "DC.Title", "DC.Description", "DC.Subject1", "DC.Description1"thanks in advanceThe DC tags are Dublin Coremeta tags. They are not very important, but are meant to be some kind of standard... maybe important in future.As yet they do not enjoy full recognition by all earch engines.The VW96 is the same kind of deal ... used often in academic papers. Itis apparantly a forerunner of the DC stuff and is pretty much obsolete.Your normal "description" and "robots" and "keywords" are usually allthat are needed though (IMHO).Thanks a lot for your reply.Becoz without meta tag u cannot get good ranked in Search engine for your targeted keyword.
