It's quite difficult to say because only Google knows on what basis results will appear in SERPs. We can just predict from our experience which factors will effect SERP the most. I think they are focusing more on web2 links. I mean having more backlinks from web2 sites ( like social bookmark website ) are better and speed of website and some other factors. I think one of the biggest changes with the implementation of Caffeine is that they factor in the load time of a webpage. A slow website may find their search ranking dropping in Google.
