What are the best video modules for VB?

Hi,
Can anyone of you guys please list the good video modules for VB v3.8.0 ?

I'm looking for a video module which I could play my own flv video files from my own server?
Also if there are any other good ones which I could embed videos from youtube, please notify...!

Also, does anybody know how I could upload my images to my server using a module within VB, so everytime I want to add a pic to my articles I just add a link of pic... I have already used several upload scripts but not within VB!

For the video player use this one: Video/MP3 Embeder really simple to set up and it plays flv and it can do good with youtube videos just put the whole link of the youtube vid in the BBcode part on the forum and it will play it. Not sure for a good image upload of which you speak of but you could go to photobucket and upload images there and get the
 
Thank you for your help! 100% worked...
But for the image uploader, i meant something like Joomla media manager which it allows you to create folder and upload any type of file...
