Were do i uploud psd files

Well i have recently downloaded some styles for my vbullitin,and every time i download one,theres a folder called DO NOT UPLOAD.Inside that folder theres this folder called psd files.What do i have to do with it, do i just leave it there
or do i need to do something with it?
 
You don't upload them. They are there for customizing parts of the skin (logo, buttons, etc.) for the skin in Photoshop.
 
You have uploaded the skin images to the wrong location. Check the installation instructions. It usually tells you where and what folders to upload.
