weird e-mail regarding a phrase

Myself and my admins and super mods have been receiving this e-mail for the past couple of days, stating the following:

Could not find phrase 'reportbadpost_discuss'.

I'm not entirely sure whats happened, so came to the experts. I'm guessing that one of the other admins might have accidentaly deleted a phrase from the ACP, but if this is the case can anyone provide me with the phrase XML? Or is this another problem? Bearing in mind this only started happening after I uploaded the 'Table BBcode' that morpheus provided in another thread.

Run install/upgrade.php that will update any missing phrases.

thanks hoxxy, looks I'll have to upgrade to a newer version. Once again, thanks for the help
