What would be the steps to analyze a website according to SEO point of view?? It would start from on-page analysis, then onto off-page backlink analysis. mostly these are the common steps:

On Page Optimization
- Meta Tags Description
- Keywords
- Creating Robots file
- Creating sitemaps

Keywords Research and Analysis
- SWOT Analysis of Website
- Industry Research
- Keyword research...etc

Off Page Optimization
- Submission to search engines
- Local marketing
- Directory Submission and others.. I do my website analysis with some questionaires for myself...

URL
- does the domain name have a keyword to describe the website and it's content?
- is it easy to remember?
- is the structure of the URL SEO friendly?

CODING
- Clean coding
- Meta Tags
- Tags has attributes

CONTENT
- Does the front page have content? images?
- Are the articles/contents unique?
- Is it useful? Is it interesting?

NAVIGATION
- Is it easy to navigate to the inner pages?
- Is the structure of the site contribute to the ease of using it?
