I am trying to develop a form on my website that will enable students check their results grades in subjects after writing school examination. just like what http://ghana.waecdirect.org uses. but I have no idea how to make the 12digit pin number usage that is allowed to check results on 3 limited times and the pin usage expires, and can not be used on other results except one user agent.Pls any one with some ideasThank you all.
