Not sure if a web service is what i need or not. Let me explain.
I would like to be able to retreive the weather information for my city and based on the current weather (snow, rain, sunshine) run the corrisponding javascript function.
Like the DHTML snow script. I just thought it would be pretty neat to have it snowing on my web page if it was really snowing outside.
I have the scripts to do the snow, rain, etc.
I just need a way to call something and get the weather resutls. This is where i thought a web service would come in handy but im not sure.
Any ideas?I got my solution. Im going to get the xml file from the National Weather Service.
From there i will determine what the weather is like and then run the correct script based on that information.
