Within a web application I am writing, I would like to place an ad within the footer which is one of the last nodes within the DOM. Even when I fix the footer to the bottom of the page, some ads load and cause the window to scroll to the bottom.Scroll events cannot be stopped using e.target, and the dynamic ad loading must be running a script which I am unable to kill.
Ways around an Ad loading in fixed footer causing window to scroll to bottom?
