'img src' links that I have attached to 'a href' tags are now appearing with a blue line around them as is normal for a visited link. Is there any way to remove this blue line?<br />

I am only new to html and have had to programme this site from scratch so would appreciate any help! I have seen on other sites that a visited picture link does not appear with blue around it.<br />
