viewing on vPlaza

Hello. I am having a problem on my site where its only letting us admins see the vPlaza but for the staff like mods, super mods, or even regular members, there not allowed to view it. Here is what other groups get when they click vPlaza:

So how do I make it so everyone can view the vPlaza and buy items from it? Can someone show me directions on where to go?

Go to usergroups and edit the permissions thier.
