View Server Load Averages?

I used to be able to view them on the index of the AdminCP. Now it doesn't. I looked at a vB help file that said this:

If you have permission to run the "top" command on your server then you will see your server load averages under the "Quick Administration Links" section on this page.

I am the owner of the site, no one above me. How can I get them to display?

Sorry, not really answering your question here but the way I check is to look on CPanel at my host.

For example right now it says

Server Load 0.74 (4 cpus)

For me I thought this is the most accurate way of checking as you are going straight to the horses mouth as it were.
