Hello friends,
If i install vbulletin null version so can vbulletin track me or ban me from my webhost.

If you have a non-offshore host that doesn't allow vBulletin, they will just suspend your account, but if you have a off-shore host they will just remove the sended email and you will be fine.
 
offshore means that is outside US, or any country that has laws againts script piracy, for example argentina, non offshore is a host that is in the US, D: and this question has been answered a thousnad of times xD
