I would like to convert my forum from vBulletin 3.8.1 to phpBB

has anyone got a method of doing it?

or got a vBulletin To phpBB Converter

You have to convert to PhpBB 2 first then from Phpbb 2 to Phpbb3

it says vBulletin 3.0.x convertor

will it work with 3.8.1 ?? or will i have to use impex and back date to 3.7.0 base first to convert to phpbb

I would not suggest downgrading vBulletin,

If you serious about converting to another forum software I think you should ask your questions at their support forum you are more likely to get better answers
