vBulletin & SSL

So, here's the scenario. I want to offer my site in non-ssl as default, and ssl as an option (i have a cert).

How would I do this? The reason behind this isn't security, however to allow the site be access from businesses that block open proxys, but obviously can't block encrypted traffic, aka SSL-enabled vBulletin. Thanks!
