vbulletin quick question

Ok so I just uploaded the thanks hack to my vbulletin, it seemed to upload fine, but now whenever you view a thread it gives this error below:
http://bhwsucks.com/showthread.php?t=1

Will someone check that out and let me know what I should do?

I don't see anything unusual, maybe because I'm not registered. A screenshot would help.
