vbulletin.org look alike 3.7.3 [stable]

As there are no bugs reported since my release I consider it as a stable release!

So I just made some changes

made the search box to appear to the right without need for changing your header template manually.

reduced the size of the search text box.

added code at footer for automatic vbulletin version recognition which was missing in the previous release.

Then some minor changes which I don't remember.

Have fun

upload the hbdvborg to forum root and install the xml

thats it
