VBulletin.org download modification (would search if I knew the name...)

I have been looking for this mod for ages, but I don't know the name! I've come across other download modifications, but nothing even similar to what I'm looking for.

[tk] Rigged Polls (Just in time for April Fools!) - vBulletin.org Forum (just picked a random thread to demonstrate what I'm looking for)

Basically, looking for the mod, or even the name of it, used on vbulletin.org and other vb download sites for downloading modifications.

Nope; what I'm looking for is the mod that allows you to post downloads (with Screenshot section, Download Now section, and Additional Info section) as regular threads. The mod I'm looking for is the same one used to post new modifications on vbulletin.org.
 
Oh my god, I'm so stupid. I ask for the mod used for the mod posts, and it happens to be named "Modification System." Classic case of irony right there, folks.
