VBulletin Move To Another Server

I am running 3.8.1 and I have moved to a new server. The image paths are messed up and are going to my old forum url... new url is forum.tlokzz and old url is tlokzz.privt and there looking in the old url. I updated my url in the options. Maybe it's the cache?
 
Also, if you have hard coded any URL in any Templates, you have to point every one of them to the new location, mostly your custom styles. Check also the Main CSS to make sure you don't have any "full" urls there in the background images, if so, they will need to be changed to the new location as well.
 
I have search templates and cant find anything ill manually look through them... but the url has been changed its still looking on my old forum
