vBulletin Database Error!

Hey guys ! I received an email about vB DB Error. ( Error below ).

I'm sure it's due to cChatBox but the ironic thing is all the DB Error emails i've got ( 3 so far ) is only due to 1 user. All the other users have no problem with it. Is there a way i could fix this without removing cChatBox?

Database error in vBulletin 3.7.2:

This error happens with users who have meta characters like ' or ".. in their username

Ahh. Brilliant Morpheus..

Thanks loads ! After reading more on the site your linked me to, it seems that it's using quite a load of resource. I'll look for another alternative chatbox.
