Vbulletin - Attachments User CP Error

Hi,

When users are logged in, and use the option: Miscellaneous >> Attachments >> in User CP they are getting the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot use assign-op operators with overloaded objects nor string offsets in D:\www\url-to-website\www\Forums\profile.php(2830) : eval()'d code on line 1

Admin account has no error message. I have used a few (member & mod) accounts to see who gets the error message and who does not. A few Members an Mods are having this problem, some other users don't have this error message.

Does anyone knows what this can be ?
 
that is very likely to be an error with one of your plugins.
Disable them one by one to figure out which one causes that error
