vBulletin 3.8.2 (add user bug pre-fixed)

This is the exact same DGT 3.8.2 release except with the fixed "admincp/user.php" file.

You can download the entire vBulletin software, or just the fix. Both files attached.

Should both user.php files be replaced? The one in the admincp folder and the one in the modcp folder?

After i tired to upgrade i got this message
