heyy guys .. i need help

i have uploaded the vbulletin 3.7.5 the upload folder and extracted on 1sthoster.com ..i run the install.php but on Step 2 i get as follows:

Step 2) Connect to the database

Attempting to attach to database

Error description: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) /home/navprk/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 311

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

can anyone help me configure this..

hmm i think where it says localhost ur suppose to put ur MySQL host name DONT leave it as localhost also check ur mysql password u might of type it wrong.

yup i created the database and entered it into config.php
then after that it says something else .....
Attempting to attach to database

Error description: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Host 'serv.1sthoster.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' /home/navprk/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 311

Oh boy, that's not good. Either their MySQL configuration is wrong or they have too many people using MySQL on that server. If you can not get your host of fix the problem you need to find a different host because this one is going to cause you a lot of misery...

vBulletin can not be installed because the install requires a space for core files, while 1sthoster only have 100MB free space. same when I install the SMF with webinstall because space has been exhausted and when I check a lot of core files. For 1 file use 30mb space

Sorry for bad english.
