vBTEAM.info Notice (the donation thing)

How did you guys do that notice?

is it a custom mod or anything?

Like how it says "We are calling all vBTEAM and GYSN.org supporters!"
"Help vBTEAM and GYSN.org to stay INDEPENDENT and SECURE on their own server."

and at the bottom of it, it says
"Help vBTEAM and GYSN.org to be STABLE and SECURE. "

I'm not talking about the chipin thing, but the notice thing.

I'm talking about how they make the notice.

Like on the top, it says "We are calling all vBTEAM and GYSN.org supporters!"

but when I do mine on the forums, it would only say "Notices"

How do I do it?
 
Just shove this underneath everything in your navbar template:

Obviously change it... if you want. :)
 
or theres another way to do it

go to AdminCP > Notices > Add notice

but it will have the title Notices on top instead of custome text
