VBSEO problem (1 of MANY)

once installing this, now when I click on "who's online" and click on "resolve ip address" (their ip address) it doesn't do a thing!

someone help me please.
 
I just checked mine and some resolve an some don't, including my own but that might be because the record is messed up at my Provider.
