VBOrg Font Type?

Can anyone tell me what kind of font type VBOrg has?

verdana,geneva,lucida,'lucida grande',arial,helvetica,sans-serif

Exactly. So I'd like to know how it works. Maybe I'm too complex in my thoughts but I've no clue how to create such Font Type. Am I right that I have to create this in Photoshop? Sorry for this, but I'm not a Graphic specialist.

The Font Type "XScale" was exactly the one I need. Thank you so much for your wonderful help, guys. Esp you, "Grinderhand"

Now I can finalize my own VBOrg Style which has a precision of almost 99%. The Font Type was the only thing what I needed to know The next thing I plan is to create a exact copy of the VB Germany Style!!!
