Good Morning to all my fellow vBTeam users, I have been on this website for a while using some of the great modifications trying them out before I buy them - the ones that have been worth it I have brought others with so much hype that did not look worth it I have deleted.

And after taking so much from this website I have opted to give some back - so I now give to you as my first of many gifts - vBMA Members Area - Deluxe Area!

This - which I think is now classed as abandon-ware after Leigh failed to pay the coder of the program who then removed it - as Leigh tried to Scam alot of people out of money.

This version is license free which means you do not have to be worried about being ripped of from Leigh giving him money for nothing as he no longer has this product to sell.

Enjoy and please say thank you - encourage people to contribute to here I have many more I can add but am holding out at the moment to see how this goes.
 
I don't need this, but thanks for contributing. Looking forward to seeing what else you may have in your bag of goodies.

Pointless poll, BTW. If ppl like it, they'll express it in a more direct way.
 
vB Members Area is a member management system, that enables your users to get their own customer number and password. They can then login to the system and purchase / download products that you specify. Each product that they purchase will be issued a unique licence number.

Before your members can download your products, they are required to edit their licence details to include the URL that the product will be installed on.

Due to the product having a seperate login system, your forum login will not work. This makes the modification more secure and will allow for you to delegate what users can access the mod.
 
Thanks for this MOD, I already used vBMA Pro, Update worked fine.

There's an error when trying to rate a product, because the Function Calls are not using the VB_Database Class.

I've already fixed this, open ./vbma_rating_process.php
Search for:
PHP: 
// escape variables
function escape($val){

	$val = trim($val);
	
	if(get_magic_quotes_gpc()) {
       	$val = stripslashes($val);
     }
	 
	 return mysql_real_escape_string($val);
	 
}
Replace with:
PHP: 
// escape variables
function escape($val){

	global $db;
	$val = trim($val);
	
	if(get_magic_quotes_gpc()) {
       	$val = stripslashes($val);
     }
	 
	 return $db->escape_string($val);
	 
}

Replace each:
PHP: 
mysql_fetch_assoc
with:
PHP: 
$db->fetch_array
Replace each:
PHP: 
mysql_query
with:
PHP: 
$db->query
Replace each:
PHP: 
mysql_error
with:
PHP: 
$db->error
 
That was fucked up of him... I've been talking to him sense he started this project, and he reset his stuff like 4 times, didn't give anyone their licenses back.. he didn't deserve to have anyone coding with him...

Morning guys, i have been trying to get to where i can see the members area. There are no links to it that i can see. Not even in my USCP. What am i missing ?
